2PM’s Jang Wooyoung is officially making his solo comeback after more than seven years.
On June 12 at midnight KST, JYP Entertainment released a moving poster for Wooyoung’s new digital single ‘Simple Dance’ through their official SNS channels.

The creative poster presents flyers that read “TAKE WHAT YOU NEED,” offering choices like dynamic dance, powerful dance, energetic dance, casual dance, amazing dance, and peaceful dance. Among them, ‘Simple Dance’—the most selected option—stands out. Jang Wooyoung, known as a “natural dancer” and “performance craftsman,” has fans eager to see what this new project will showcase.
This comeback is especially meaningful, as it marks his first Korean solo release in about 7 years and 5 months since his second solo mini-album ‘Bye’ dropped in January 2018.
Ahead of his comeback, Jang Wooyoung opened a new Instagram account on the afternoon of June 10. As an all-rounder artist skilled in performing, writing lyrics, and composing, he plans to show various aspects of his future activities and actively communicate with fans.
