2NE1 is reportedly set to reunite at the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon!
According to reports, 2NE1 is gearing up to make a highly anticipated return to the SBS Gayo Daejeon stage on December 25, 2024, at Inspire Arena. In response to the reports, a representative of SBS said, “2NE1’s participation in Gayo Daejeon is currently under discussion.” If confirmed, this would be the group’s first-ever appearance at the event in a decade since their last performance in 2014.
Known for their powerful vocals and hip-hop-infused sound, 2NE1 has delivered unforgettable stages at Gayo Daejeon. The collaborative stage of Lee Hyori and CL remains one of the most historic Gayo Daejeon performances to date.
2NE1 resumed activities earlier this year with their ‘WELCOME BACK’ concert in Seoul. Since then, the group has toured across multiple cities in Asia.
2NE1 debuted under YG Entertainment in 2009 with four members—Park Bom, CL, Dara, and Minzy. They went on to make history as the first K-Pop girl group to chart on the US Billboard 200, solidifying their legacy as pioneers of the “girl crush” concept.
As 2NE1 returns to the Gayo Daejeon stage, fans are eager to see what groundbreaking performance the group will deliver after their world tour.
