ZEROBASEONE is back!
On September 1 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), ZEROBASEONE made their much-anticipated comeback with their first full-length album, ‘NEVER SAY NEVER’. The album symbolizes the group’s determination to shine even brighter and conveys the message that nothing is impossible, while reflecting their unwavering spirit of challenge.
‘NEVER SAY NEVER’ consists of ten tracks, including the title track ‘ICONIK’. ‘ICONIK’ is a pop number with a nu-disco pulse, seamlessly blending nostalgic dance grooves with modern pop flair. It showcases ZEROBASEONE’s intense and captivating performance style, enhanced by smooth, dynamic choreography. The music video further amplifies the track with stunning transitions, sleek visuals, and a powerful presence, all synchronized with its energetic beats.
B-side tracks on the album include the pre-release single ‘SLAM DUNK,’ along with ‘Lovesick Game,’ ‘Goosebumps,’ ‘Dumb,’ ‘NOW OR NEVER (Korean version),’ ‘Star Eyes,’ and ‘I Know U Know,’ as well as two unit tracks: ‘EXTRA’ by members Sung Hanbin, Matthew, Gyuvin, Gunwook, and Yujin, and ‘Long Way Back’ by Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Taerae, and Ricky. Each track explores diverse genres and highlights their growing musical artistry.
Earlier during the media showcase, ZEROBASEONE shared that the album holds a special meaning in the group’s heart, as it reflects their two years of growth since debut. The group also revealed captivating live stages for the title track ‘ICONIK’ and ‘Lovesick Game’.
