ZEROBASEONE is making waves in Japan’s K-Pop scene with their incredible success in 2024. The group’s debut Japanese single, ‘Yura Yura (Unmei no Hana)‘, topped the ‘2024 Bestseller’ K-POP TOP20′ chart from Japan’s largest record shop, Tower Records. This chart was based on sales from January 1 to October 31, 2024, and marked a major milestone for the group in their international career.

‘Yura Yura (Unmei no Hana)’ also earned the ‘Double Platinum’ certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan after surpassing 500,000 shipments in just one week.

Alongside their debut single, ZEROBASEONE’s 4th mini-album, ‘CINEMA PARADISE‘, ranked 5th and their 3rd mini-album, ‘You had me at HELLO‘, took 9th place on Japan’s K-POP chart, showing their strong presence. They also ranked 5th on the ‘Most Shared Artist‘ on Spotify Japan’s 2024 Annual Rankings, and their song ‘Feel the POP‘ was 10th on the ‘Most Shared Song.’ The group also sold out 60,000 tickets for their 5th overseas tour in Aichi and Kanagawa, proving their popularity in Japan.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE is all set to release their first Japanese EP, ‘PREZENT‘, on January 29, 2025. It will include a total of six tracks—four original Japanese songs, including ‘NOW OR NEVER,’ ‘Only One Story,’ ‘Firework,’ and ‘HANA, and Japanese versions of ‘Feel the POP’ and ‘GOOD SO BAD.’
With chart-topping hits, an ever-expanding fanbase, and continuous success in Japan, ZEROBASEONE is solidifying their place as a leading K-POP act on the global stage.
