YUJU gears up for a comeback with her third mini album.
On August 1, YUJU unveiled an album sampler for her upcoming third mini album ‘In Bloom’. The spoiler video gives a sneak peek into the six tracks on the album: ‘ORION’, the title track ‘REPLY’, ‘That Day’s Incident (Feat. Jeong Se Woon)’, ‘moonstruck love’, ‘No Matter (Feat. GEMINI)’, and ‘Like the Sunset Hanging on the Clouds’, showcasing YUJU’s unique sensibility and raising anticipation for the comeback.

Notably, YUJU participated in writing the lyrics for all six tracks, and also contributed to composing ‘ORION’, ‘That Day’s Incident (Feat. Jeong Se Woon)’, and ‘No Matter (Feat. GEMINI)’.
The visuals encapsulate the concept of the album ‘In Bloom’, featuring whimsical animations like stars, firecrackers, dandelions, and more. Additionally, YUJU presents a variety of moods and styles, from casual to glam, offering a wide visual spectrum and signaling a unique transformation.
The title track ‘REPLY’ is inspired by the thought, “If I could write just one line in a letter to someone precious, what would I want to say?” With YUJU credited as the sole lyricist for the track, the song is expected to resonate deeply with her fans through its sincere message.
YUJU began her career as a member of the K-pop group GFRIEND before making her solo debut in January 2022 with the EP ‘[REC.]’. ‘In Bloom’ marks her first album in over two years, following her second EP ‘O’.
‘In Bloom’ is set to drop on August 12 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
