YOUNGBIN begins her solo journey!
On September 17 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), YOUNGBIN, runner-up of the survival show ‘THE DDANDDARA’ hosted by J.Y. Park, officially made her solo debut under INNIT ENTERTAINMENT, a subsidiary of JYP Entertainment, with the digital single ‘Freak Show’.
‘Freak Show,’ is a pop-dance track driven by prominent guitar riffs and rhythmic bass. Its theme centers on embracing individuality with confidence and boldness. The track also highlights YOUNGBIN’s versatility as an artist, seamlessly switching between powerful rap and strong vocals. An English version of the track is also included in the single.
The music video brings the concept of a Freak Show to life, showcasing YOUNGBIN’s daring personality and striking visuals through unconventional settings that break from the norm. Its bold direction perfectly complements the song’s dynamic energy, making it a must-watch.
J.Y. Park personally contributed to creating the track, from writing to producing it. YOUNGBIN also participated in writing the track, highlighting her talent and growth since the survival show.
Through her debut, YOUNGBIN wishes to showcase her true identity and distinctive charm, a side different from other solo artists.
