XLOV drops their first mini-album, ‘UXLXVE’!
On November 5 at 6 p.m. KST (2:30 p.m. IST), 257 Entertainment’s XLOV made their comeback with the release of their first mini-album ‘UXLXVE’. The music video for the title track, ‘Rizz,’ was also released alongside the album. Featuring dark-fantasy and goth-punk visual elements, the music video for ‘Rizz’ aims to capture the turbulent and painful emotions that arise in the course of love.
The album’s title plays on the word “UNLOVE,” with stylized lettering and a darker visual identity teased through their new thorned logo and tribal-inspired branding. Replacing the ‘N’ and ‘O’ with ‘X’ in the album name, the title aims to remove the two ‘negatives’ (‘N’ & ‘O’) to make one ‘positive’.
The album consists of six tracks: ‘Scent’, ‘Rizz’, ‘Dirty Baby’, ‘Biii:-P’, ‘Kiss and say goodbye’, and ‘Drip Drip.’ The instrumental versions of 3 songs, ‘Rizz (Instrumental)’, ‘Biii:-P (Instrumental)’, ‘Kiss and say goodbye (Instrumental)’ are also available for streaming.
‘UXLXVE’ reflects the group’s artistic growth and showcases their commitment to evolving their unique concept and style.
