Roa announced her departure from her group X:IN within four months of their debut.
Escrow Entertainment announced on July 8 that Roa would be leaving X:IN and two new members will be added to the group. Though the details of Roa’s departure haven’t been shared, the label revealed that they will be revealing two new member very soon.
The agency stated,
Hello, this is Escrow Entertainment. Starting from the second half of this year two new members will be joining X:IN. The members will be revealed at 18:00 KST today. The new members will bring various talents and skills to the group and demonstrate their unique charms together with E.Sha, Nova, and Aria. We inform you that Roa has ended her team activities. We sincerely ask for understanding of the fans who have supported Roa. We deeply apologize for the sudden announcement and will do our best to prepare for X:IN’s next album with a new image. We ask fans for their love and interest. Thank you.
Previously on June 7, Escrow Entertainment had also announced the departure of Chi.U from the group due to personal circumstances.
X:IN is a multinational group that debuted on April 11, 2023, with their song ‘KEEPING THE FIRE’. The group debuted with five members; two Korean members, Roa and Chi.U, the Korean-Australian E.Sha, Nova, a Russian member and Aria, an Indian member. X:IN is the second K-Pop group to have an Indian member in their lineup.
