K-pop group VVS is gearing up to drop a pre-release single!
On May 3, VVS unveiled the first MV teaser for their pre-release single, ‘Purrfect’, from their upcoming first EP, ‘D.I.M.M.’, set to release later this month. The teaser opens with a silhouette of the five members—Brittney, Ilee, Rana, Jiu, and Liwon—as they begin dancing. It then cuts to fast-paced snippets of the members’ faces and continues with scenes of them dancing. A pixel art board appears, followed by shots of each member’s bruised face. The teaser ends with the text: “PURRFECT FIGHTER CHAMPION EDITION, PUSH 1P START.”
‘Purrfect’ appears to build upon the storyline introduced in the group’s debut single, ‘TEA’, where the members get into a fight and are injured in the chaos. The teaser for ‘Purrfect’ further develops this theme, showing the members with fresh bruises and heightening anticipation about how the new single connects to their debut track.
‘Purrfect’ follows VVS’ debut on April 22, 2025, with the single ‘TEA’.
Ahead of the single’s release, the group will unveil a series of concept photos as well as another MV teaser.
‘Purrfect’ is set to drop on May 9 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), while VVS’ first EP, ‘D.I.M.M.’, is scheduled for release on May 19 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
