tvN’s upcoming drama, ‘The Potato Lab’, starring Kang Tae Oh and Lee Sun Bin has a premiere date!
On January 14, tvN released the official poster and premiere date of their upcoming romantic-comedy drama ‘The Potato Lab’ starring actors Kang Tae Oh and Lee Sun Bin. The poster features a pair of potatoes that look like a man and woman standing atop a single potato against a yellow background, accompanied by the caption “A rom-com that is hotter than boiled potatoes is coming.”

‘The Potato Lab’ is a rom-com set in a potato research center in a rural town. Lee Sun Bin will essay the role of Kim Mi Kyeong, a researcher who is obsessed with potatoes, while Kang Tae Oh will play the role of So Baek Ho, the newly appointed director of the Potato Research Institute. Baek Ho, though charming, is a complete capitalist and only cares about making profits. So, when he meets the Potato Research Institute’s assistant manager Kim Mi Kyeong, the two start bickering before eventually falling in love.
‘The Potato Lab’ is set to start airing on March 1 on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:20 PM KST (5:50 PM IST).
