EDM trio TraxX is finally back with a new single!
The trio released their new single “ESCAPE” on 12th December at 6 pm KST through various music sites like Genie, Melon, Apple Music, etc, along with the music video.
‘ESCAPE’ is a fusion EDM track with rock sounds and strong EDM appeal, and members Jungmo and DJ Ginjo took part in composing and arranging the song. With it’s lyrical piano melody, guitar riffs and explosive drop, this new style of TraxX is making the public look forward to the trio’s future releases. The lyrics of the song are in English and is about wanting to escape from the reality of being trapped in a maze-like city.
The music video features vocalist Jay, guitarist Jungmo and DJ Ginjo. It shows the powerful energy and dynamic atmosphere of the track as well as the three members.
On 26th March, 2018 the trio’s label S.M. Entertainment had announced that rock duo TRAX would be changing their name to TraxX with producer and DJ Ginjo joining the duo. It was also revealed that they would be changing their music genre from rock to EDM.
New single ‘ESCAPE‘ marks their first comeback as an EDM trio and they definitely did not disappoint. Check out their new music video below –
