They have further announced a halt in band activities to focus on their individual paths, sharing, “With our upcoming album ‘ROSE’ and the tour ‘ROSETOPIA,’ we want to close this chapter with you the way it deserves.” However, they reassured fans that this isn’t a goodbye, but a once-in-a-blue-moon moment. They also hinted at a pre-release single, ‘Blue Moon,’ set to drop on April 13, while the album will be revealed at a later date.
The Rose consists of Kim Woo-Sung, Park Dojoon, Lee Hajoon, and Lee Taegyeom. They debuted in 2017 and are globally recognized for their hits like ‘Sorry,’ ‘She’s in the Rain,’ ‘Back to Me,’ ‘Sour,’ and more.
Earlier this year, The Rose also premiered their first documentary film, ‘The Rose: Come Back to Me’ (Feb 14, 2026), chronicling their journey from indie beginnings to global recognition.
