On September 11 at midnight KST, The KingDom dropped a teaser poster announcing a special album.

Both the poster and the caption across their social media channels read, “𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐟 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤.” This phrase hints that the album will continue the group’s fantasy narrative rooted in Eastern culture, as established across their first seven albums. It will also mark the group’s comeback after nearly a year and a half, following their eight EP, ‘Realize,’ which was released in April last year.
The upcoming album will feature only five of the six members, as leader Dann was unexpectedly summoned for his mandatory military service while preparing for the album release. Dann enlisted for the service this past Tuesday (September 9).
The KingDom is a six-member boy band under GF Entertainment, consisting of Dann, Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, and Jahan.
