‘Good Partner Season 2’ has been confirmed!
On April 3 KST, SBS delighted fans with the announcement of ‘Good Partner Season 2’, stating, “Season 2 of Good Partner will be produced. Since it is still in the early stage of production, the filming and broadcast schedule as well as the cast have not yet been decided.”
Actors Jang Na-ra and Nam Ji-hyun, who led the first season, are currently considering reprising their roles. The production team is reportedly finalizing the schedule, with plans to begin filming in the fall.
‘Good Partner’ Season 1 revolved around divorce cases at Law Firm Daejung, following the dynamic between Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Na-ra), a cold and sharp star divorce lawyer with 17 years of experience, and Han Yu-ri (Nam Ji-hyun), a warmhearted rookie lawyer. The season also starred Kim Jun-han and rapper-actor P.O. from Block B. Directed by Kim Ga-ram and written by prominent divorce attorney Choi Yu-na, ‘Good Partner’ premiered in July 2024 and concluded in September, garnering a peak viewership rating of 17.7 percent.
With ‘Good Partner’ officially returning for Season 2, anticipation is growing. Will Cha Eun-kyung and Han Yu-ri reunite for more courtroom battles? What new cases and twists await at Law Firm Daejung? While details are still under wraps, one thing is certain: fans can expect another round of gripping legal drama.
