Red Velvet’s Wendy is gearing up for her first solo world tour!
On August 14, ASND announced the 2025 WENDY 1st WORLD TOUR ‘W:EALIVE’, marking Wendy’s first-ever solo world tour. The tour will kick off in Seoul with two shows on September 20 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST) and September 21 at 4 PM KST (12:30 PM IST) at the Jangchung Arena. More stops are expected to be added, with further details to be revealed in the coming days.

Notably, Wendy will also be making a comeback in September, as confirmed by her agency last month. The tour is expected to follow her upcoming comeback.
The upcoming album marks Wendy’s first solo release in over a year, following her second mini album, ‘Wish You Hell’, which was released in March 2024. As her first album and tour under her new label ASND, fans are eager to see the new direction of her music and performances.
Wendy debuted as a member of the K-pop girl group Red Velvet in August 2014 with the single ‘Happiness’. Since then, she has delivered numerous hits with the group, such as ‘Ice Cream Cake’, ‘Russian Roulette’, ‘Red Flavor’, ‘Psycho’, ‘Cosmic’, and more. She made her solo debut in 2021 with the EP ‘Like Water’.
