On May 7 at midnight KST, Red Velvet’s Irene and Seulgi revealed their highly anticipated unit comeback with their second mini-album ‘TILT’, sending the internet into a frenzy. The announcement was accompanied by a brand film, featuring a bold color palette of black, white, and red, hinting at a dramatic and edgy concept.

SM Entertainment shared that ‘TILT’ will include six tracks, with the title track sharing the same name. The EP delves into themes of liberation, emotional resilience, and finding balance amid chaos, offering a mature and introspective sound that builds on the unique identity Irene and Seulgi established with their debut, ‘Monster’. The duo’s signature blend of haunting melodies, striking visuals, and powerful performances is expected to shine once again.
‘TILT’ marks the duo’s first official unit comeback in five years, as they return to the spotlight after the massive success of their 2020 debut EP Monster, which dominated Korean music charts and iTunes rankings worldwide.
Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of ‘TILT’, hoping it will match or even surpass the impact of their debut collaboration. Given Irene and Seulgi’s undeniable chemistry and strong stage presence, expectations are high for their long-awaited comeback.
Additionally, the duo is gearing up for the 2025 IRENE & SEULGI Concert Tour ‘BALANCE’ in Asia, with seven cities on the schedule. The tour will kick off in Seoul with two consecutive nights on June 14 and 15 at the Olympic Hall.
‘TILT’ will be released on May 26 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
