Park Hae Jin Confirmed to Lead in Romcom Horror Drama

“From Now On, Showtime!” (working title) is an upcoming romantic-investigative drama where the characters work in coordination with ghosts. Park Hae Jin  will star as lead for the role of Cha Cha Woong, a charming magician who has amazing magic skills and even appears on many broadcasts, which has led to him becoming a rising star. The interesting part about this role is, Cha Cha Woong has the ability to see and talk to ghosts. In many K-Dramas with the same genre, the characters are usually portrayed to be scared of ghosts, who only later figure out how to handle it. But Cha Cha Woong has his way already figured out and even manipulates the ghosts into doing things for him.

Romance blooms between him and a passionate female police officer who also happens to have similar occult powers. The leads get bound in an unforeseeable incident and have to work with ghosts to uncover important clues.

The drama’s production team is currently deciding on the casting and the airing schedule. Sources so far say that drama will commence filming from the latter part of August.
