On February 24, Apple TV+ dropped the official trailer for the series Pachinko, evoking a multitude of emotions and inducing goosebumps on every other sentence. The word Pachinko represents the gamble that a family took in order to survive not just themselves but also for their future generations to come.
Pachinko is a bitter struggle of survival spanning four generations. A masterwork crafted by novelist Min Jin Lee has now been converted into a series of episodes that cover the wide spectrum of visual struggle to be seen and felt from the eyes of the viewers.
The trailer depicts the depth of the novel and the moments that define its simplicity in a complex way that covers four generations. Starring multiple award winning artists and talents, it is written and produced by Soo Hugh along with Kogonada and Justin Chon.
Pachinko will be released on March 25 on Apple TV+ and is the most awaited series of the year.
