ONEUS Has Returned With Fresh Music!
On June 30 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), ONEUS made a comeback with their much-awaited 11th mini album titled ‘5x’. The album is a combination of the number 5, representing the number of members, and X, symbolizing the infinite possibilities and values the group aims to showcase through their music, instead of confining themselves to a single style.
The ‘5x’ album features five tracks. The title track, ‘X’, is an intense and upbeat song with funky bass riffs that complement the members’ powerful vocals and rap, instantly making listeners want to dance. The music video highlights their confidence and unique charm. Several scenes resemble a fashion show or editorial photoshoot, highlighting the members’ visuals against a clean white backdrop, enhanced by captivating choreography.
B-side tracks on the album include ‘LOVE ME or LOSER’, ‘RELOAD’, ‘BAD’, and ‘TIME MACHINE’ (Korean version). Each track tells a story filled with heartfelt emotions, blending perfectly with the summer vibe. All the members also took part in the making of the tracks, further showing their growth as musicians.
Previously, it was reported that member Seoho, who enlisted in the military in February this year, had pre-recorded tracks for the album.
