Nevertheless OSTs And D.O.’s Rose Are Part Of Spotify India’s VIRAL Top 50

Spotify India’s Viral 50 playlist has an amazing list of songs and we can’t help but talk about the four Korean songs that made it to the list!

Three of the songs are OSTs from Nevertheless while the fourth one is EXO D.O.’s ‘Rose-English Version’ from his solo mini-album ‘Empathy.’ Nevertheless OSTs ‘Love Me Like That’ by Sam Kim, ‘Butterfly’ by J.UNA, and ‘Whisper’ by PARK JIWOO stand at No. 9, 18, and 42 respectively.

Nevertheless is an ongoing drama starring Song Kang and Han So Hee that started airing on JTBC and Netflix since June and has become very popular among the K-drama fandom. It also trended No. 7 in Netflix India and is widely watched and appreciated across the world including India.

At the time of writing, standing at No. 34 is EXO D.O.’s ‘Rose- English Version’ from his debut EP ‘Empathy.’ The mini-album and the MV for Rose were released on July 26, 2021 and the singer gained immense success for both the album and its lead single ‘Rose.’ He also won a music show for the first time as a solo artist for the same, beating other acts.
