Doyoung is returning with his second solo album!
On May 19, NCT’s Doyoung delighted fans with news of his return and the release of his second solo album, ‘Soar’, accompanied by a clip showcasing his comeback schedule. The album promises to present a more mature perspective and a stronger message, allowing listeners to experience a grown and evolved side of Doyoung’s music.

According to the comeback schedule, Doyoung will release an intro video and image on May 20, followed by a tracklist poster on May 21. Various content will be unveiled throughout this period, giving fans an immersive preview of Soar. Fans can anticipate the release of an MV teaser image on June 7, followed by the official MV teaser on June 8, leading up to the album’s launch.
‘Soar’ will consist of 10 tracks. SM Entertainment shared that Doyoung hopes the album will serve as a meaningful source of inspiration for those pursuing their dreams, encouraging them to find the courage to take the next step when they feel stuck.
This upcoming release marks Doyoung’s solo return, seven months after his single ‘The Story’ dropped on November 6, 2024, and his first full album since his solo debut ‘YOUTH’ on April 22, 2024.
Doyoung will be performing at the ‘Seoul Jazz Festival’ on June 1, ahead of his album release. This prestigious event will give fans a chance to experience some of his solo performances making it a perfect way for Doyoung to connect with his audience before the official launch.
Additionally, Doyoung will kick off his second Asia tour, titled 2025 DOYOUNG CONCERT ‘Doors’, with consecutive concerts at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul from June 13 to 15. The tour will cover a total of seven cities across Asia.
With his powerful vocals and emotional depth, ‘Soar’ is expected to further showcase Doyoung’s versatility, making this comeback a highly anticipated event for both him and his fans.
‘Soar’ will be released on June 9 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
