From MONSTA X and EXO to BTS and renowned actors, 2025 is packed with exciting reunions and long-awaited comebacks! As the year kicks off, fans eagerly await the return of beloved male celebrities completing their military service.
The first star to step back into the spotlight is MONSTA X’s Joohoney, who will complete his service on January 23. Following him, Kihyun will be discharged on February 21, and Hyungwon will be discharged on May 13. However, fans will temporarily say goodbye again as the youngest member I.M. prepares for his enlistment.
EXO’s Kai is also gearing up for his much-anticipated return! Having started alternative service as a social worker in May 2023, he is set to reunite with EXO-Ls on February 10. Later this year, Sehun will complete his service on September 20, bringing EXO back from their hiatus and closer to full-group activities fans have been anticipating.
2025 also marks the year of BTS’ reunion. RM and V, who enlisted in December 2023, are set to be discharged on June 10, while Jimin and Jungkook follow just a day later on June 11. SUGA, who began his alternative service in September 2023, will return on June 21.
On the acting front, Lee Do Hyun, currently serving in the Air Force Military Band, will be discharged on May 13, while Song Kang will finish his service on October 1, setting the stage for his highly anticipated comeback!
