MONSTA X is officially preparing for a full-group comeback.
On July 16, MONSTA X held a press conference at the Conrad Hotel in Seoul to commemorate their 10th debut anniversary and the ‘2025 MONSTA X CONNECT X’concert. During the conference, the members revealed their plans to make a comeback in early September.
Kihyun shared, “We are already preparing for our comeback. We finished recording a while ago. We cannot reveal the exact date yet, but it has already been decided internally.” Joohoney further added, “Our new album will be released in September. Expect us on the earliest possible date of the month.”
This will mark their first comeback as a full group in over three years, following the completion of military service by all members except I.M.
Meanwhile, the ‘2025 MONSTA X CONNECT X’ concert, taking place at the KSPO DOME in Seoul from July 18 to 20, will feature the group’s first-ever live band performance and highlight both their decade-long journey and the beginning of a new era.
MONSTA X also shared their intention to continue actively promoting as a team, with members expressing their commitment to staying together and growing alongside their fans, MONBEBE.
MONSTA X is a six-member group consisting of Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M. They were formed through the survival show ‘NO.MERCY’ and made their debut on May 14, 2015, with the mini-album ‘TRESPASS’.
