Loossemble Marks Debut With Self-Titled EP

On September 15, the five member girl group Loossemble made their much-awaited debut with the release of their first EP named after their group, ‘Loossemble.’ All the members previously debuted in 2018 as part of the girl group LOONA.

Formed by CTDENM and consisting of HyunJin, YeoJin, ViVi, Go Won, and HyeJu,the concept is space themed, where the group is on a journey to find new friends, via their spaceship “Loossemble.” This EP signifies the start of their musical journey while also illustrating the importance of each member and the authenticity of their world.

The EP boasts a collection of eight fresh songs, each displaying each member’s contribution and strengths. It commences with the track ‘Intro: Searching for their Friends’ and seamlessly transitions into the title song ‘Sensitive.’ Produced with a fusion of bass and guitar elements, this track crafts a groovy atmosphere and imparts the message of relying on one’s instincts for enhanced self-assurance. Additionally, an English version of ‘Sensitive’ is included.

The EP showcases the lyrical talents of its members, with HyeJu contributing to ‘Real World,’ members ViVi and YeoJin penning lyrics for ‘Colouring,’ Go Won taking the reins for ‘Newtopia,’ and HyunJin lending her lyrical prowess to ‘Day by Day.’ Wrapping it all up is the vibrant disco track ‘Strawberry Soda,’ a song that encapsulates the group’s emotions as they navigate their challenging journey together.
