On February 7, Lisa dropped her new single, ‘BORN AGAIN’ feat. Doja Cat and RAYE, and within 24 hours, the MV became 2025’s biggest debut on YouTube, garnering 10.8 million views.
‘BORN AGAIN,’ which is set to be part of Lisa’s upcoming solo album, ‘Alter Ego,’ as well as the OST for her acting debut in ‘The White Lotus’ season 3, received immense love and support from fans worldwide. In just 24 hours, the music video amassed 10.8 million views and 1.2 million likes on YouTube, making it the biggest music video debut of 2025 so far.
The song explores themes of transformation, depicting a woman embracing her freedom and identity. Blending disco and electro-pop, ‘BORN AGAIN’ features striking visuals that have sparked fan theories. Some associate Lisa with Eve, Doja Cat with Joan of Arc, and RAYE with the Virgin Mary, while others interpret them as Greek goddesses—Lisa as Aphrodite, Doja Cat as Athena, and RAYE as Hera.
In other news, Lisa is set for a powerful studio album debut with ‘Alter Ego’. So far, she has introduced various personas—aka alter egos—ROXI, VIXI, SUNNI, SPEEDI, and KIKI, each representing different aspects of her new style and direction.
‘Alter Ego’ is set to release on February 28.
