On August 18 KST, 2PM’s Lee Junho thrilled fans by revealing the establishment of his own agency, O3 Collective. The singer-actor, who parted ways with JYP Entertainment in April after his exclusive contract ended following 17 years with the company, is now set to embark on a new journey under the O3 Collective banner.

The official statement issued by Lee Junho elaborated on the name and vision behind the abbreviation ‘O3’. “O3 Collective is a creative collective that moves organically at the intersections of three forces—One, Original, and Orbit—shaping a distinctive creative trajectory.” Further, he added, “‘One’ represents the artist’s singular identity; ‘Original’ stands for the originality of the content, and ‘Orbit’ embodies a management system that respects each artist’s orbit while generating fresh creative currents.”
Alongside Junho, Yang Hye-young, a former employee of CJ ENM‘s Brand Strategy Office and Performance Business Division, has joined as the co-founder, guiding the agency in its creative pursuits. The agency also includes Junho’s long-time staff along with rising new talents in the management industry, building a robust and well-rounded team for the company
Adding to his statement, the agency shared, “We envision a team-based brand system where artists, content, and staff all share the spotlight. We aim to build a business lab centered on intellectual property that allows for unlimited expansion, going beyond a management company, and work together to design and achieve growth and progress for everyone.”
Following his successful debut in 2008 as a member of JYP Entertainment’s boy group 2PM, he has continued to earn immense love from fans both as a group member and as a solo artist. He is also well-loved as a respected actor, with shows such as ‘Good Manager’, ‘The Red Sleeve’, and ‘King the Land’, since making his acting debut in the 2013 film ‘Cold Eyes’.
Junho’s upcoming creative works include the tvN drama ‘Typhoon Company’ and the Netflix original series ‘Cashero’, both set to premiere in the latter half of 2025.
