The highly anticipated film ‘First Ride’ (literal title) has officially announced its premiere date!
On September 12, Showbox dropped a new poster announcing the premiere date for the upcoming film, ‘First Ride.’ The caption along the poster reads, “The five guys who are more fun when they’re together are taking off!”

Directed by Nam Dae Joong, ‘First Ride’ features a star-studded cast including Kang Ha Neul, Cha Eun Woo, Kim Young Kwang, Kang Young Seok, and Han Sun Hwa.
This chaotic comedy follows a group of longtime friends who had always dreamed of taking an unforgettable trip abroad, but life kept getting in the way. Years later, they finally set off on their long-awaited journey, only to be met with a whirlwind of unexpected detours, hilarious mishaps, and absurd adventures.
Kang Ha Neul stars as Tae Jeong, an obsessive character who throws himself fully into whatever he’s passionate about; so much so that he even achieved top marks on the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT). Kim Young Kwang plays Do Jin, a cheerful and unstoppable force, much like a bulldozer. Cha Eun Woo takes on the role of Yeon Min, the handsome dreamer aiming to become a world-famous DJ. Kang Young Seok portrays Geum Bok, a quirky character who dislikes studying so much that he’s trained himself to sleep with his eyes open. Han Sun Hwa plays Ok Shim, an aggressive woman who aspired to attend Seoul National University but has only ever had eyes for Tae Jeong.
The movie will hit the theatres on October 29.
