The Plot
Eun Ho (Kim Hye Yoon) is not your typical nine-tailed fox. For centuries, she’s lived by one simple rule: avoid good deeds at all costs. Why? Because good deeds might just turn her into a human, and she wants nothing to do with that messy, emotional, short-lived existence.
Instead, she revels in eternal youth, amasses wealth, and enjoys the pleasures of the human world without any moral baggage.
Enter Kang Si Yeol (Park Solomon), a world-class soccer striker whose talent is matched only by his overwhelming narcissism. His life revolves around strict discipline, muscle maintenance, and being the best—until a fateful accident with a certain gumiho flips his perfectly ordered world upside down.
When an unexpected incident leaves Eun Ho transformed into an ordinary human, she must navigate the chaos of human emotions, responsibilities, and worst of all, a growing attraction to the most self-absorbed man she’s ever met. As their fates become entangled, both discover that some things, like love, can’t be controlled, no matter how hard you try.

A Deeper Look
‘No Tail to Tell’ explores profound questions through its whimsical premise: What does it mean to truly live? Is eternal existence without connection worth having? Can a self-absorbed heart learn to love someone else more than itself?
Eun Ho’s journey from a detached observer to an emotionally invested human (and perhaps back again) forces her to confront the very thing she’s spent centuries avoiding: vulnerability. And Si Yeol’s evolution from narcissist to partner reveals that sometimes the hardest person to love is yourself.
