VCHA begins a fresh chapter under a brand-new name!
On August 7, JYP Entertainment surprised fans by dropping a teaser film unveiling the new name and concept for their global girl group VCHA, now rebranded as GIRLSET, consisting of four members: Camila, Lexi, Kendall, and Savanna.
The teaser film highlighted the group’s evolution following their hiatus, with stunning visuals and a bold concept that captured the essence of GIRLSET. With each member dressed in a suit, the video showcased their raw emotions while emphasizing their individuality and uniqueness. The teaser ended with the phrase “We’re setting who we are,” reflecting GIRLSET’s commitment to defining their own identity and not being bound by restrictions.
GIRLSET’s new heart-arrow logo symbolizes their group name and their intention to share heartfelt stories of personal growth, honesty, and strength with fans around the world through their music.

VCHA was initially formed through the A2K (America to Korea) audition project by JYP Entertainment and Republic Records. The group made their official debut as a six-member group in January 2024 with the single, ‘Girls of the Year’.
With this rebranding, GIRLSET enters a new era defined by authenticity, artistic freedom, and limitless possibilities.
