Musician Jung Seung Hwan will begin his mandatory military service as an active soldier in the ROK military band.
Jung, who has recently gone through the military band audition procedure, received his acceptance on May 25.
Jung Seung Hwan will begin basic training on July 17. He will then carry out the remaining necessary responsibilities in the military band.
The musician was the runners-up in SBS’s ‘K-Pop Star 4‘ (2015) and gained a large following among viewers. He later signed with Antenna Music.
