BTS’s j-hope Celebrates His Birthday with Generous Donation to Children’s Healthcare.
On February 18, BTS’s j-hope made a heartfelt gesture by donating 200 million won to Asan Medical Center in Seoul. His contribution aims to enhance medical facilities for pediatric and adolescent patients while supporting research on rare and critical childhood diseases.
Expressing his thoughts on the donation, j-hope shared, “I hope that I can make a small contribution to the children who are suffering right now. I sincerely hope they can dream of a healthy and hopeful future. I also wanted to give back to my ARMY fans, who have always shown me so much love. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again. It means a lot to me that I will continue making donations every year, starting with my birthday this year”.
This donation follows j-hope’s previous philanthropic acts, including contributions to disaster relief and underprivileged children. Notably, in 2022, he made a 100 million won donation to the same medical center. The hospital confirmed that the funds would be allocated toward enhancing the environment and facilities for young patients and supporting research into critical pediatric illnesses.
