IU surprises fans with a single release!

The track was accompanied by a Lyric Video release on YouTube, featuring an animated story of a boy and girl creating summer memories before parting ways, unfolding like a page from a fairy tale. Co-composed with producer Seo Dong Hwan, who also worked on ‘Love wins all’, the track blends IU’s lyrical vocals with a refreshing band sound, capturing the wistfulness of summer’s end.
‘Bye, Summer’ was first revealed at IU’s encore concert, ‘2024 IU HEREH WORLD TOUR CONCERT ENCORE: THE WINNING,’ held at Seoul World Cup Stadium last September, where her heartfelt guitar performance made it an instant fan favorite.
Additionally, IU is holding a two-day fan meeting event, ‘𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝙄𝙐 𝙁𝘼𝙉 𝙈𝙀𝙀𝙏-𝙐𝙋 [𝘽𝙮𝙚, 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧],’ at KSPO DOME on September 13-14.
‘Bye, Summer’ is now available on all major streaming platforms.
