All members of (G)I-DLE have renewed their contracts with CUBE Entertainment.
On December 2, CUBE Entertainment released an official statement confirming that all five members of (G)I-DLE have extended their contracts with the company. Following thorough negotiations, the agency successfully renewed contracts with Soyeon, whose initial contract had already reached its expiration date, as well as Miyeon, Minnie, Yuqi, and Shuhua, who had existing contracts with remaining terms.

The company expressed its gratitude, stating, “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to (G)I-DLE for their trust and commitment, which have made this step possible as we move forward into an exciting chapter. We also wish to express our thanks to the fans who have been patiently awaiting this announcement.”
The agency reaffirmed its dedication to back the group, noting that this contract renewal will enable (G)I-DLE to fortify their brand, cultivated over the past seven years. CUBE Entertainment further pledged its unwavering support to help the group scale new heights.
The news of (G)I-DLE’s contract renewal first came to light on November 30 when the group won the ‘Record of the Year’ award at the 2024 Melon Music Awards. During their acceptance speech, the group astonished fans and industry insiders by disclosing their contract renewal, generating considerable excitement and buzz.
