BTS’ Jungkook is back with an extended version of his documentary, ‘JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL THE ORIGINAL.’
On December 3 at 5 PM KST (1:30 PM IST), Disney+ released an extended cut of Jungkook’s documentary film ‘JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL THE ORIGINAL.’ The three-episode series is an expansion of the film that was released globally in September, offering fans an even deeper dive into his solo career and the creative process behind the idol’s first album, ‘GOLDEN.’

The extended series includes 55 minutes of extra content with new interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and collaboration with Usher as well as the full version of Jungkook’s ‘GOLDEN Live On Stage,’ which took place in November. It also features performances of songs like ‘Closer to You,’ ‘Yes or No’, ‘Please Don’t Change’, ‘Hate You’, ‘Shot Glass of Tears‘, and his solo track ‘Still With You,’ making this extended documentary a must-watch for fans.
The original documentary film made waves earlier this year. With a global audience of approximately 1.38 million, it was the highest-grossing music film of 2024. In Japan, the film drew around 300,000 viewers, setting a new record for a K-Pop solo artist’s film and becoming the most successful Korean film released in the country this year.
As Jungkook continues to build on his success, this extended version of his documentary offers fans a richer experience, going beyond what was seen in the original movie.
Stay tuned for more updates!
