EXO’s Kai is preparing for a comeback!
On March 5, Korean media outlets reported that EXO’s Kai is gearing up for his highly anticipated comeback in April.
SM Entertainment confirmed the news, stating, “Kai is preparing a new mini-album with the goal of making a comeback in April. He will be filming the music video for his new song next week. Please look forward to it.”
This marks Kai’s first solo comeback in two years, following the release of his third mini-album ‘Rover’ in March 2023. It also marks his first music release since his military discharge last month.
Beyond his solo music, Kai is also set to showcase his variety show skills in Season 6 of ootb STUDIO’s ‘Changing Majors (Jeongwaja).’ The show was previously hosted by BTOB’s Lee Chang Sub, who stepped down due to health reasons. ‘Changing Majors (Jeongwaja)’ is a variety show that explores different universities, colleges, and schools, along with the courses they offer. The new season starring Kai will premiere on March 20 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
