On April 28, EXO’s Baekhyun released the promotional schedule for his upcoming mini-album ‘Essence of Reverie’. Leading up to the release of the album, he will drop a series of concept pictures, concept films, a ‘Get to Know KKuru’ segment, a highlight medley, and an MV teaser.

Baekhyun is ready to drop new music!
On April 25, EXO’s Baekhyun revealed his 5th mini-album, ‘Essence of Reverie’, along with a teaser video. In a shift from his previous release, ‘Hello, World’, the teaser for ‘Essence of Reverie’ promises a more vibrant and cute concept. The teaser opens in a cloudy purple sky as a lift sweeps in and opens, dropping numerous cute animal-shaped neck pillows, while a single pillow remains inside the lift with the name of the album, ‘Essence of Reverie’.

This album marks Baekhyun’s first mini-album since ‘Hello, World’, released in September 2024. His most recent release was the digital single, ‘Do What You Do’ featuring UMI, an American singer-songwriter, released on March 3.
With the release of Baekhyun’s 5th mini-album on the horizon, fans can expect a series of promotional content to drop soon, including the tracklist, concept photos, teasers, and more.
‘Essence of Reverie’ is set to be released on May 19 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
