Cha Eun Woo is preparing one last gift for fans before his military enlistment.
On July 15, it was reported that ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo is working on a solo album ahead of his military enlistment. His agency, Fantagio, later confirmed, “Cha Eun Woo is currently preparing a solo album. The release date is still being coordinated.” According to reports, the idol and actor has already completed filming the music video for the upcoming album, which is said to feature double title tracks.
This will mark his second solo album, following ‘ENTITY’, which was released in February 2024 and sold over 210,000 copies in its first week.
Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo recently held a fanmeeting, ‘THE ROYAL’, ahead of his enlistment, where he performed an unreleased song and told fans, “Thanks to all of you, I’ll go and come back healthy and happy. Let’s definitely meet again.” His VR concert, ‘Cha Eun Woo VR Concert: MEMORIES’, also premiered last month.
Additionally, he is set to appear in Netflix’s ‘The Wonder Fools’ and the upcoming comedy film ‘First Ride’.
Cha Eun Woo will enlist as an active-duty soldier in the Army Military Band on July 28.
