BTS Members RM and V are back!
On June 10, RM and V of BTS were officially discharged from the South Korean military, becoming the third and fourth members of BTS to complete their service. This marks a key milestone in the group’s journey toward a full reunion.
Although BTS’s agency did not host an official event due to safety concerns, many fans from around the world gathered in Chuncheon to celebrate and welcome the two stars back.
BTS’s leader, RM, entered the venue playing the saxophone, while V carried large bouquets, both receiving a warm and cheerful welcome from fans. The idols expressed their gratitude to both the military and their fans, and shared their excitement about returning to music.
RM and V also held a live chat to connect with fans and thanked them for their unwavering support during their time in the military.

RM served in the 15th Division’s military band, while V was a member of the Special Task Force under the Army’s 2nd Corps Military Police. Fellow members Jin and j-hope were discharged last year, and fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of the remaining members, with Jimin and Jungkook set to be discharged tomorrow, and SUGA following later this month.
