Get ready for BTS’ Jin’s comeback!
On April 14 KST, a Korean media outlet reported that BTS’ Jin is preparing for his anticipated comeback, with a new solo album set to drop in May 2025. Later, responding to the news agency, BIGHIT MUSIC confirmed the news, stating, “Jin is preparing for a new album with the goal of releasing it in May. We plan on releasing the details regarding the comeback at a later date.”
While the official release date and time remain under wraps, the announcement has ignited excitement among ARMY’s worldwide. Fans are eagerly awaiting more information as Jin gears up for his return.
This marks Jin’s comeback approximately six months after the release of his debut solo album ‘Happy’, which dropped on November 15, 2024. The album achieved global success, debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, peaking at No. 2 on the World Albums chart, and reaching No. 3 on the Top Album Sales chart.
Lately, Jin has also made waves in the entertainment industry with his self-produced variety show ‘Run Jin’, released weekly on BTS’s official YouTube channel, BANGTANTV. He is currently a fixed cast member in Netflix’s original variety show ‘Kian’s Bizarre B&B’, alongside Kian84 and actress Ji Ye Eun. The show releases new episodes every Tuesday at 4:00 PM KST (12:30 PM IST) and consists of nine episodes, set to conclude on April 22.
