Released in July 2024, ‘Who’ quickly captured attention worldwide due to its heartfelt lyrics that speak of ardent yet unfound love, beautifully echoed by Jimin’s melodious vocals.
The audience’s growing, deep connection to the song only continues to highlight the rising global influence of K-pop solo artists. Fans all around the world have celebrated this moment, with hashtags like #WhoBRITGoldCertified trending across social media platforms.
This is the second time – after ‘Gangnam Style,’ by PSY – that a K-pop male solo song has received a Gold certification in the UK.
