j-hope is coming back with new music!
On May 29, BTS’ j-hope announced his new single ‘Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)’. This follows his previous singles from earlier this year, ‘Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)’ and ‘MONA LISA’. BIGHIT MUSIC described ‘Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)’ as “a hip-hop song that vividly expresses the thrill of love at first sight, with lyrics describing the experience of gazing at a confident and charming partner. Featuring GloRilla, the song showcases a bold charm with a tone like no other.” The agency also stated that a solo version of the song, featuring only j-hope’s vocals, will be released simultaneously.

“Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)” is a hip-hop song that vividly expresses the thrill of love at first sight, with lyrics describing the experience of gazing at a confident and charming partner. Featuring GloRilla, the song showcases a bold charm with a tone like no other.
In addition, “Killin’ It Girl (Solo Version)” featuring only j-hope’s vocals will be released simultaneously. Please look forward to both versions.
Coming in the wake of “Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel),” released earlier this year, “Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)” once again highlights j-hope’s expanding musical spectrum. Ahead of the song’s release, j-hope will unveil concept photos on May 30 KST, followed by an official MV teaser on June 9. He will also release a choreography version of the official MV on June 16. This will be followed by yet-to-be-revealed specials between June 19 and July 5.

Previously, on May 28, j-hope released a concept film titled ‘Charm of HOPE’, which showcased his journey from ‘Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)’ to the latest single, ‘Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)’, hinting at a continued storyline.
j-hope is currently on his first solo world tour, ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’, which is set to conclude in June with encore shows on June 13 and 14 at the Goyang Stadium. j-hope will perform ‘Killin’ It Girl’ live during both encore shows.
‘Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla)’ and its official MV will be released at 1 PM KST (9:30 AM IST) on June 13, coinciding with BTS’ 12th debut anniversary.
