BTS Drops Trailer Video + Cover For Their Upcoming Book ‘BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS’

BTS is set to release its memoir ‘BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS’ coinciding with their 10th anniversary.

On June 15 KST, BTS took to their social media to unveil the official teaser and the first look of the cover for their upcoming special book ‘BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS’.

Earlier this year in May, the news of an untitled book took the internet by storm when a mystery non-fiction book went for the printing of about a million copies (confirmed by New York Times), set to be released on July 9 which the US Publication house Flatiron labeled as “global publicity” & “massive appeal”. Soon the US book retailers and people on the internet started talking about it which eventually made the book bestseller on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles bookstores.

This is the first ever official book released by BTS where they take their fans on a trip down memory lane. The book consists of 7 chapters and is penned by South Korean author Kang Myeong Seok and BTS themselves, as confirmed by the publisher, and will be published by Big Hit Music in Korea. Meanwhile, the US edition translated by Anton Hur, Clair Richards & Slin Jung will be published by Flatiron Books. According to the publisher, the U.S. edition will consist of 544 pages including exclusive pictures, and will have an initial first printing of one million copies.

The book is an ode to BTS’s decade-long journey in the music industry along with their anecdote. The book holds special meaning for their dedicated fandom ARMY since July 9 was when the fandom was officially founded.

The pre-order of this book will start on June 15, 11 AM KST (7:30 AM IST)
