After it was announced that BTS were nominated for a Grammy award last year, fans were thrilled despite it being for ‘Best Recording Package‘.
However, it was recently confirmed that BTS will not only attend the event but will be presenting an award!
In true BTS ARMY fashion, fans were quick to trend the hashtag #BTSxGrammys as soon as the news went live with many expressing the thrill of BTS’ first Grammy appearance including both a nomination and the role of award presenters.
BTS’s Grammy Nomination is for their third studio album ‘Love Yourself: Tear‘ (May 2018) which is nominated in the Best Recording Package category and honors the album’s art director – HuskyFox.
The 61st Grammy Awards will be held at the Staples Centre, LA on 10th February at 8 PM EST/ 5 PM PST and boasts a stunning lineup of performers including Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Miley Cyrus, Shawn Mendes, Janelle Monáe and many more. The award show will be broadcast live on CBS.
