BTS Are Back on the World Stage!
On January 14, BTS officially unveiled the dates their highly anticipated 2026–2027 World Tour, marking their first full-group world tour since reuniting after military service.
The tour will span 34 cities across five continents with a total of 79 shows, setting a new benchmark for K-pop’s global reach. The announcement comes shortly after BTS confirmed their long-awaited full-group comeback, ending nearly three years of anticipation.

The world tour will officially kick off with a homecoming performance in South Korea, with three shows scheduled in Goyang on April 9 and April 11–12, 2026. BTS will then head to Tokyo, Japan, for shows on April 17–18, marking the beginning of their international journey.
North America will be the most extensive leg of the tour, featuring 12 cities and 28 shows between late April and early September 2026. The U.S. run will begin in Tampa (April 25–26) and El Paso (May 2–3), followed by Mexico City (May 7, 9–10), Stanford, (May 16–17), and Las Vegas (May 23–24, 27).
After returning briefly to South Korea for two shows in Busan (June 12–13), BTS will continue their North American tour with performances in East Rutherford(August 1–2), Foxborough (August 5–6), Baltimore, (August 10–11), and Arlington (August 15–16). The group will also perform in Toronto, Canada (August 22–23) and Chicago (August 27–28), before closing the North American leg with four shows in Los Angeles on September 1–2 and September 5–6.
The European leg will take place during June and July 2026, with BTS performing in Madrid (June 26–27), Brussels (July 1–2), London, (July 6–7), Munich (July 11–12), and Paris (July 17–18).
Latin America will receive significant attention, making this one of the most comprehensive Latin American tours by a K-pop act. BTS will perform in Bogotá (October 2–3), Lima (October 9–10), Santiago(October 16–17), Buenos Aires (October 23–24), and São Paulo (October 28, 30–31).
The Asia-Pacific leg will span November and December 2026, extending into early 2027. BTS will perform in Kaohsiung (November 19, 21–22), Bangkok (December 3, 5–6), Kuala Lumpur (December 12–13), Singapore (December 17, 19–20, 22), and Jakarta (December 26–27).
Australia will host two stops in Melbourne (February 12–13, 2027) and Sydney (February 20–21, 2027). The tour will conclude with shows in Hong Kong (March 4, 6–7) and Manila, Philippines (March 13–14). Additional dates in Japan and the Middle East are expected to be announced later.
While India has not been listed in the initial tour announcement, expectations remain high among Indian ARMYs. HYBE’s growing presence in India, along with earlier reports of proposed BTS concerts and member V’s past comments during a Weverse live, have contributed to continued interest in a potential India stop during a later phase of the tour.
Alongside the tour announcement, BTS also confirmed the release of their fifth studio album, which will feature 14 tracks. The album has been described as a collection of honest and heartfelt stories, reflecting what the group wishes to share with ARMY after a long wait for their return as a complete unit.
The album will be available for pre-order from January 16, 2026, at 11 AM KST (7:30 AM IST), with the official release scheduled for March 20, 2026, at 1 PM KST (9:30 AM IST).
