Brand New Music Teases For New Boy Group ‘AB6IX’ – Including Former Wanna One and MXM Members

Brand New Music is all set to debut their new boy group. 

It was earlier reported that the agency was going to debut their new boy group consisting of former Wanna One members Lee Dae Hwi and Park Woo Jin, and MXM members Lim Young Min and Kim Dong Hyun. The fifth and final member has not been announced yet.

On 29th March, the agency confirmed the name of the upcoming boy group as ‘AB6IX’, and also revealed the official logo and opening the group’s official social media accounts.

The group’s name is an abbreviation for ‘ABSOLUTE SIX’, which means that the members and their fans become one when they are together. It is also an abbreviation for ‘ABOVE BRANDNEW SIX’, hoping the group and fans can open and create a new plane for Brand New Music.

The agency revealed, “The keywords to describe the group is sincerity, growth, totality and transcendence, and together they complete the puzzle. Each member has distinct characteristics, and fans will be able to witness the greatest synergy when the members come together as one.” 

A video titled “AB6IX- THE ABSOLUTE BEGINNING” was also shared, giving a detailed explanation about the logo.

On 30th March, the upcoming boy group dropped their first teaser image titled “THE ABSOLUTE SECRET” for their upcoming debut. In the teaser image, the five members are seen walking towards their group logo.
