BLACKPINK’s Rosé continues to break records on the Billboard charts with her debut album ‘rosie’.
Rosé and Bruno Mars’ smashing single ‘APT.’ continued its successful run on Billboard’s Hot 100, where it’s at No. 34 during its 10th consecutive week on the chart. The song rose to No. 7 in its 10th week on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart, and No. 10 in its sixth week on the Radio Songs chart. As a result, Rosé is now the first female K-Pop artist (including groups) ever to enter the top 10 of the Radio Songs chart.
Recently, Rosé also became the first female K-Pop artist, to enter the top 10 of Billboard’s Radio Songs Chart. A couple of weeks ago, she also became the first female K-Pop soloist in history to enter the top three of the Billboard 200 when her solo album ‘rosie’ debuted at No. 3. ‘rosie’ continued its reign at No. 32 in the week ending January 4, marking its third consecutive week on the chart, making ‘rosie’ the first album by a female K-Pop soloist ever to spend three weeks in the top 50 of the Billboard 200.
Rosé is only the second female K-Pop soloist ever to chart an album for three weeks on the Billboard 200, following TWICE’s Nayeon.
