BIGBANG’s Daesung is all set to grace the stage at KCON Japan 2025!
On March 21, KCON Japan officially unveiled Daesung as part of a special lineup for KCON Japan 2025. He will be performing on the M COUNTDOWN STAGE, and the announcement has sparked excitement, with fans eagerly anticipating a spectacular musical experience. Daesung is expected to perform songs from his upcoming first mini-album, ‘D’s WAVE.’

With his mini-album set to release in April and his ‘D’s WAVE 2025 Asia Tour’ on the horizon, Daesung’s debut performance at KCON Japan is generating significant buzz. This follows the success of his 2024 ‘D’s IS ME’ tour, which captivated fans across 10 cities in Japan last year.
Other artists set to perform on the M COUNTDOWN stage this year include EVNNE, INI, IS:SUE, Jo Yuri, KickFlip, tripleS, BOYNEXTDOOR, DXTEEN, izna, JO1, Kep1er, P1Harmony, Taemin, Yena, CRAVITY, HIGHLIGHT, KiiiKiii, ME:I, QWER, TWS, and ZEROBASEONE.

KCON Japan 2025 is set to take place over three days, from May 9 to 11, at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, Japan. This year, the event will also feature ‘SHOWCASE,’ a newly added segment on the ‘X STAGE,’ aimed at spotlighting fresh talent. This special segment will showcase diverse genres and next-generation K-pop artists, giving rising stars a chance to connect more closely with global audiences.
