The album title, ‘EROS’, has sparked particular curiosity due to its broad definition of love and a subtle phonetic link to his previous solo album, ‘ERROR’. Fans are eager to see how Chanhyuk will expand his unique musical universe and the narratives he’ll explore in this new work.
Chanhyuk’s agency, YG Entertainment, stated, “You will be able to experience Lee Chanhyuk’s unrivaled producing, as well as delicate storytelling and music that attempts to break the mold. We hope you look forward to his new music, which comes for the first time in three years.”
‘EROS’ marks Chanhyuk’s first solo album in three years, and expectations are high for a more refined and robust body of work from the artist.
In other news, AKMU, Chanhyuk’s duo with his sister Lee Suhyun, is set to hold the 2025 AKMU STANDING CONCERT [악동들 (AKDONGDEUL)] at Myunghwa Live Hall in Seoul from August 8 to 24, with three shows per week over three weeks. The standing-room-only concert promises a unique musical experience, featuring a different setlist each week.
‘EROS’ is set to be released on July 14 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
