Dynamite’ MV has reached 1 Billion Views within 7 months of release hence making BTS, the fastest K-POP group to achieve a billion views on YouTube. BTS Army began to trend #Dynamiteto1B along with other hashtags worldwide on social media soon after the MV crossed the 950 Million mark and once it reached its mark, other hashtags began to trend. In India as well, #Dynamite1B trended at No 1 while #CongratulationsBTS Trended at No. 11 and #Armys at No. 21.
This is BTS’s 3rd MV to reach 1 Billion Views after ‘DNA’ and ‘Boy With Luv’. ‘Dynamite’ also holds the YouTube record for the most viewed music videos in the first 24 hrs. of release. In other related news, BTS surprised their fans on April 11 when they announced that, “BANG BANG CON” for 2021 is set for 17th April, 3PM KST.
