f(x)’s Victoria officially leaves SM Entertainment as her 12 year long contract finally comes to an end. The agency confirmed on April 9 stating, “It’s true that our contract with Victoria has expired.” Before her debut her as a member of f (x), she appeared in SHINee’s ‘Replay’ MV that gained her popularity. She debuted in 2009 marking herself as an official member of f (x). The agency established ‘Victoria Song Studio’ in 2015 in order to support her activities her in China and she has been more active there. Fellow group member Luna and Amber had also left SM Entertainment in 2019.Victoria had also announced the same and had posted an official announcement via her SNS but had continued her relationship with SM Entertainment via Victoria’s Chinese studio However, it looks like they have now parted officially. We wish Victoria Song the best of luck for her new journey her.
